Join the NEW HEAR Couples Community: 12 Weeks To Master Connection from the Inside Out
Our partnerships are way more fun and healthy when our needs for meaningful connection and community are met. And when we practice new skills in community, the good stuff sticks.

All the chores, bill paying, and Netflix and chill are fine.  But nothing beats the ability to really connect on more meaningful levels.

We lack the skills to hear each other with emotional hospitality.

HEAR ™ focuses on “receiving” our partner and learning what happens inside of us that stops us from connecting so we can do better.  We learn so much more that repeating back what you heard.

Traci Ruble will be your host and guide. Traci is the founder of Sidewalk Talk and has 16 years experience working with couples.
Traci is here to help you practice new skills and cultivate connection and belonging in our community space.  Traci has been practicing as a couples therapist for over sixteen years, she has been married over 18, and her playful vibes embolden couples to stretch and try new things.  She has been called the Marvelous Mrs. Maisel of Coupling by folks who have worked with her. And, for this cohort, Traci's husband is participating.  Hey, they want to connect too.

When you join the HEAR community, you will..
  • Learn about the parts of you that block connection and how to work with them.
  • Locate and calm your own triggers so you can remain centered and intentional.
  • Set compassionate boundaries that protect connection from resentments.
  • Examine when you might be driven by assumptions and what to do about it.
  • Understand what cultural and gender lenses shape your connecting.
  • Cultivate the skills to be a hospitable companion to yourself and others rather than “doing” listening.
  • Ask the kinds of questions that deepen connection rather than lead the conversation.
  • Belong to an ongoing community and make new friendships.
  • Digest training before live meetings so we can practice new skills in connection.
  • Receive a certificate of completion for your professional bio or CV.

You will complete this group with new knowledge, new ways of connecting, a greater sense of wellness,  form new friendships, and feel more connected to your partner.
